Returns Policy

Shop purchases

When you return a Lucy Boutwood purchase, you will be issued with a credit for the value of your return. Postage costs will not be included. 

If your Lucy Boutwood purchase is faulty, you may return it for a full refund within 10 days in the original packaging. Please contact us at lucyboutwood@gmail.com to arrange this in advance of posting your item.

14-day cancellation rights for EU and UK customers

You have a right to cancel a contract at any time within fourteen (14) calendar days, beginning on the day after you received the product(s) without giving any reason.

In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product. If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received, including the costs of delivering the item to you. You are responsible for all return postage costs. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than fourteen (14) days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract.

Exemptions to return policy

Custom items and commissions are not covered by this returns policy and are non-refundable. If you have any issues with a custom item or commission please contact lucyboutwood@gmail.com immediately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or credit.

If your refund was approved fourteen (14) or more days ago and you still haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your card company and/or bank.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You may wish to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing appropriate shipping insurance.
